Service Area Policy

At Get Social 360, we primarily serve events in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA. Before proceeding with your online booking, please review and agree to the following policy:

• Outside Our Service Area:
  If your event or venue address is outside of Bucks or Montgomery Counties, we may still be able to accommodate your needs. However, do not proceed with the online booking. Instead, please contact us at hello@getsocial360.com or call us at (267) 594-2367 to discuss your special request.  Travel fee will apply outside service area if event is accepted. Travel fee is $1 per mile roundtrip from our office located at 4800 Boston Ave, Trevose, PA 19053.

• Cancellation of Out-of-Area Bookings:
  If you intentionally or inadvertently book online and the service address is outside of the two counties, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your booking and refund your deposit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
