At Get Social 360 (operated by One Speed LLC), we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every event. To ensure client satisfaction, we offer the following guarantee:

Our Guarantee:

• "Always-On-Time Guarantee": If we cancel, delay, or end your event due to equipment failure or any reasons within our control, we will refund your payment in full and issue a $200 Visa gift card for the inconvenience.

Limitations of the Guarantee:

This guarantee does not apply to cancellations or delays due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions.

• Venue-related issues.

• Client delays or failure to provide adequate event setup conditions (such as power outlets or flat, stable surfaces).

• Any event rescheduling or cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start time, which will be subject to the $100 cancellation fee.
