Payment Policy

At Get Social 360, we require clients to provide payment information for every booking, even if no upfront payment is due. A $100 deposit is required at booking and applied toward the total rental cost, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. We are authorized to charge the card on file for the deposit, remaining balance, or any applicable fees, and receipts will be emailed. Clients can cancel or reschedule online up to 7 days before the event for a full refund of the deposit, which may take 7-10 business days to process. For cancellations or changes made within 7 days, clients must contact us directly, and a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
