Do I have to operate the 360 Photo Booth?No. Every package includes a professional and uniformed attendant. You can rest easy and enjoy your event.

How many people can fit on the 360 Photo Booth base at one time?Our booth can accommodate 1 to 4 people at a time. For safety reasons, our attendant may decide to lower the limit for individual or all experiences during your event. This decision is at their sole discretion, and no refund will be issued as a result.

What are the space, surface, power and WiFi requirements for the booth?The 360 Photo Booth is 40 inches in diameter and requires at least two additional feet of clearance for the rotating arm. We also need a level, hard, flat, and dry surface. Additionally, space is needed for the velvet ropes, lighting, red carpet, and a 6-foot foldable table with a table cover that hosts our selection of props. A nearby power outlet is also required. WiFi is highly preferred but our devices have cellular connectivity. Network service in your area, network congestion and network bandwidth may impact transmission speed of video reels.

Can I host an outdoor only event?Yes. You should be prepared for adverse weather events such as wind, heat, rain and/or snow. Outdoor events may be delayed, shortened or canceled due to poor weather, and refunds will not be provided in such cases. For this reason, we highly recommend you have an alternative set up location in an indoor environment at your venue location. The 360 Photo Booth is 40 inches in diameter and requires at least two additional feet of clearance for the rotating arm. We also need a level, hard, flat, and dry surface. How long does it take to set up and pack up the rental equipment?Our attendant will arrive approximately 1 hour before your start time for set up. The attendant will also need up to 1 hour to pack up. There are no fees for set up or pack up. You will need to have the venue available for set up and pack up. Set up and pack up times are not used against your package rental time. For example, if you booked our 4-hour package, we will need approximately 6 hours at the venue between set up, the experience for your guests and pack up.

How soon do my guests and I receive the video reels from the 360 Photo Booth?Guests will receive their videos within minutes of participating in a session. Typically, reels can be shared with your guests via a QR code, text message or email. The host will receive a link via email with all reels from their event. The email is sent within 1 business day of your event. It is recommended that you download the reels of your choice or all the reels to your local computer as reels are deleted from our software dashboard eventually.

What is your service area?We proudly service Bucks and Montgomery Counties. For these counties, we do not charge any travel fees.

Do you service any counties besides Bucks and Montgomery?We may consider private or pop-up events in Philadelphia, Delaware, or Berks Counties on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at hello@getsocial360.com to inquire. A higher package rate and additional fees, like travel, may apply.

Do you offer any guarantees?Yes! Our ‘Always-On-Time Guarantee’ ensures that if we have to cancel or delay your event, you’ll get a full refund plus a $200 Visa gift card.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted. We do not accept cash, money orders, bank checks, or personal checks.

What is your payment policy?At Get Social 360, we require clients to provide payment information for every booking, even if no upfront payment is due. A $100 deposit is required at booking and applied toward the total rental cost, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. We are authorized to charge the card on file for the deposit, remaining balance, or any applicable fees, and receipts will be emailed. Clients can cancel or reschedule online up to 7 days before the event for a full refund of the deposit, which may take 7-10 business days to process. For cancellations or changes made within 7 days, clients must contact us directly, and a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
